In September 2022 in Winnipeg, a notable achievement was realized as $20,000 was successfully raised. This accomplishment was made possible through contributions from realtors across the country who united for the Royal LePage National Sales Conference. Lainey understands what it takes to build a real estate business from scratch. In 2010, after taking a few months off from her bustling real estate career, she found her business lacking. She moved to Royal LePage Estate Realty and made the commitment to get her business back on track by attending all of the weekly in-house training that was offered. This decision was a pivotal career decision, as it was through this training that she was able to grow her business and subsequently build a team and remain a consistent top producer at Royal LePage Estate. Lainey believes that a successful realtor never stops learning, so when the opportunity arose, Lainey jumped at the opportunity to manage the training program at RLPE. It is Lainey's mission to provide her colleagues with the same superior level of training that allowed her to become the knowledgeable, confident, strategic and successful realtor that she is today.
